With a fluid mechanics design, the stator has an oblique long hole and the rotor has an impeller. This generates numerous tiny vortices, achieving efficient heat transfer and exchange with minimal shear force and low heat content. It can quickly remove suspended particles in suspended foams or supernatants; it is also suitable for mixing and dissolving medium and high viscosity sample liquids.

The inner and outer surfaces have been subjected to physical and electrolytic composite polishing, resulting in high surface finish, easy cleaning and no residue of materials
Multiple types of dispersion tools are available (standard/ sawtooth/ fiber/ emulsified/ turbulent/ dissolved, etc.) to meet the processing requirements of different samples
Multiple diameter dispersion tools are available (Ø25-65mm), with processing capacities ranging from 100ml to 50L
It can withstand chemical sterilization, moist heat sterilization and dry heat sterilization (except rolling bearings)
