The rotor adopts a flat-blade with sawtooth design. The upper and lower parts of the dispersing disc present a rotating state, forming a turbulent zone at the edge. The sawtooths perform high-speed shearing, impact, crushing and dispersion on the materials, and are particularly suitable for processing medium and high viscosity materials. It can quickly achieve the states of mixing, dissolution, dispersion and refinement.

Description

Optional Sleeve-Alloy™ alloy bushings are available, which are maintenance-free and meet the requirements of high-speed operation
High-precision manufacturing, precise tolerance control, combined with scientific fluid dynamics design, resulting in outstanding material processing performance
Made of sanital-grade stainless steel 316L and treated with electrolytic passivation, it is endowed with excellent corrosion resistance
The inner and outer surfaces have been subjected to physical and electrolytic composite polishing, resulting in high surface finish, easy cleaning and no residue of materials
Multiple types of dispersion tools are available (standard/ sawtooth/ fiber/ emulsified/ turbulent/ dissolved, etc.) to meet the processing requirements of different samples
Multiple diameter dispersion tools are available (Ø25-65mm), with processing capacities ranging from 100ml to 50L
It can withstand chemical sterilization, moist heat sterilization and dry heat sterilization (except rolling bearings)
